We want to help you as much as we can. That is why we offer our service contracts for all types of business. Whether you have one machine or a hundred machines, we’ll have the contract to suit your servicing needs and requirements.
DISCOUNT ON SPARES
All of our service contracts include at LEAST 10% discount on any spare you may need during the duration of your contract.
NATIONAL STANDARD
All of our calibrations come with a calibration certificate that is traceable to national standards.

All equipment required is covered during the length of your service contract.

Training
Whether it’s on-site or off-site, our training packages can be tailored to meet your requirements and can be presented as ‘hands on’ demonstrations with the relevant equipment or as theoretical within a classroom environment.
Because we specialise in in-line inspection equipment, the courses we deliver cover check-weighing equipment, metal detectors and x-ray equipment either as separate individual subjects or combined depending on your individual requirements.

In depth legal compliance
When we deliver a training session we encourage you to invite as many participants as considered reasonable for the training session provided. This allows you to get the most value from the sessions provided, therefore maximising the cost of your investment.
Alongside the standard training sessions we offer, we can also arrange for bespoke training and testing verification as required.
Upon completion of a QSS training course, all training participants are issued with a certificate recognition of their attendance at the course.
calibration
As we are accredited under UKAS for ISO 9001 -2008 Quality Management System (which is fast becoming the minimum requirement for traceability to the national standards), we can carry out periodic service and calibration services on all check-weighing, x-ray, metal detection and scaling equipment.
Our services can be tailored to meet your needs, whether you require different machines to be calibrated at different times or you require just one piece of equipment calibrated. Either way, our working hours are very flexible to suit your production requirements. If you wish, you can even dictate the time frame between calibration visits, whether its quarterly or annually, just let us know and we’ll do the rest.
